Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for representing the customer to the development team and developing and maintaining a product backlog of prioritised requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Hold discovery sessions and facilitation of workshops with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a prioritized backlog, in coordination with the Strategic Leads, to ensure that the product meets the customer's needs and maximises revenue and business value.
- Functionally design the business need within the applications to ensure that the product is user-friendly and meets the customer's requirements.
- Write specifications and user stories in AHA and Dev Ops to ensure that the development team understands the requirements.
- Provide feedback and support to the quality team to ensure that the product meets the required quality standards.
- Validate new developments to ensure that they meet the customer's requirements and expectations.
- Participate in change management, communication, and training of employees in product developments to ensure that the team is aligned with the product vision.
- Document and present the developments delivered to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure that the use cases and value proposition of the product are clearly communicated both internally and in the market.
- Work alongside Lead Product Managers and Strategic leads to maintain a strategically aligned roadmap for the respective product.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems and communicate efficiently in English.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Good organisational and planning skills, as well as good presentation skills.
- Ability to understand the market need and translate that to the development team through descriptive user stories.
- Knowledge of the Agile Lifecycle methodology and experience in working with Agile teams.
