About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Benefact Group plc. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving business value and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Improvement
    • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Requirements Elicitation and Management
    • Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Agile Project Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
    • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management
    • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Business Analysis Experience
    • Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement
  • Agile Methodologies
    • Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
