Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses a variety of tasks that present exciting challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the Scrum framework, which involves conducting daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the Scrum Team.
  • Identifying and eliminating obstacles that impede the team's productivity and quality of output.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders to adopt Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Assisting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring clarity and conciseness of Product Goals and backlog items.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner and team to refine user stories and establish acceptance criteria.
  • Managing risks and dependencies through effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is straightforward, consisting of two stages: an initial conversation with our recruiter and a one-hour video call with two team members. We believe that organic discussions are the best way to understand candidates, as recruitment is a mutual process.

Please note that due to the nature of this position, candidates must be UK Citizens and have resided in the UK for the past decade. A high-level security clearance is required prior to employment.

Willingness to travel to customer sites is essential.

The salary range for this position is between £40,000 and £65,000, commensurate with experience.
