Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Streamline Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Execution: Manage and coordinate all aspects of on-site project execution, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and according to quality standards.
  2. Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and effective teamwork.
  3. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract matters, fostering positive relationships and addressing any contract/project-related issues or disputes.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure contract/project terms are clearly understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Cost Management: Monitor project budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and reduce surplus expenditure.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Previous experience in a contracts/project management role is essential.
  2. Technical Skills: Microsoft office full suite.
  3. Travel: Willingness to travel to various project locations.
