Job Summary

As a key member of the CRA GROUP LIMITED team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our built estate. You will assist in the delivery of a strategy to manage risks related to buildings, providing assurance and evidence through a structured approach of checking, monitoring, auditing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and audit scheduled work activities undertaken by contractors to ensure compliance with technical standards.
  • Utilize the Property Services asset management system (Concerto) to confirm evidence of compliance and maintain accurate records.
  • Carry out operational reviews on near misses and incidents, providing end-to-end reporting and coordinating actions to mitigate risks.
  • Identify trends and support Property Teams in finding the cause and solution to these issues.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in building maintenance, including good knowledge of technical standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and make sound judgments in complex situations.
  • Membership of a relevant professional institute, such as IOSH.
Additional Information

This role requires a current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis, as you will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight or other local authority areas.
