Job Overview

Lynx Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and effective risk evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Direct and oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans of action that consider fixed timelines and evaluate risks, ensuring the success of our projects.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage and lead teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project delivery.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Manage work and inputs from various stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  1. APM Project Management Certification: Possess APM Project Management certification or equivalent.
  2. Engineering Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in an engineering environment, with a focus on project management.
  3. Project Delivery: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering completed projects.
  4. Regulated Industry Experience: Have experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  5. Contract Management: Possess experience managing a variety of contracts, including NEC3 or 4.
