Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Governance, Risk & Compliance Third Party Analyst to join our team at Skillsearch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of third-party risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on new suppliers to assess their level of risk to the business.
- Review supplier contractual obligations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyse supplier contracts to ensure the relevant security controls are established.
- Deal with third-party access requests and ensure relevant controls and documentation are in place.
- Support the scheduled supplier security audit programme to assess the effectiveness of the organisation's security controls.
- Provide support to the GRC Supply Chain Assurance Lead on projects and bids from a security compliance and assurance perspective.
- Undertake regular assessment of supplier contractual security obligations and highlight any non-compliance.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of risk management and access management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
