We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Management Lead to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our residential lettings portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Property Management: You will be responsible for dealing with general maintenance issues, liaising with tenants and landlords, and arranging for contractors to visit properties to provide quotes or undertake works.
- Branch Administration: You will provide full administrative support to our branches, including producing standard letters, notices, and tenancy agreements, and despatching these correctly to the relevant clients.
- Renewals: You will work closely with our dedicated renewals department to negotiate the appropriate rent and provide up-to-date market information to ensure our clients receive the best yield from their investment.
- Team Support: You will support each team where required, handling escalated issues and customer complaints, and monitoring volumes being handled by each member of staff to ensure work is distributed evenly.
- Contractor Relations: You will work closely with our approved contractors to build further relationships and meet with new companies keen to get on our approved panel.
- Customer Care: You will liaise with our out-of-hours support team to analyse volumes of calls received outside normal office hours and review the content of these enquiries to ensure issues have been resolved successfully.
- Feedback and Performance: You will work with our Head of Property Management to undertake customer care calls to both landlords and tenants to retrieve feedback on the service they are receiving from their Property Manager and undertake performance appraisals with various members of the team.
- Portfolio Management: You will manage a smaller portfolio personally while undertaking additional duties in your Assistant Manager capacity.
Previous extensive experience in property management is a must; relevant ARLA qualifications would be an advantage. You will need to be able to work calmly and effectively within a high-pressured environment, and be reliable, with a strong attention to detail and a desire to provide the best level of customer service possible.
You will be well organised, with the ability to prioritise the most urgent jobs amongst a busy workload, and be IT proficient, familiar with most standard MS Office packages.
A confident, outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and professional approach are required, with effective communication skills both orally and in written format.
Remuneration:Basic salary GBP29,000 to GBP30,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses and year-end profit share with realistic on-target earnings of GBP35,000. Hours of Work are primarily Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
