Area Property Operations Manager

As a key member of our Property Services team, we are seeking an experienced Area Property Operations Manager to join our award-winning team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in property and facilities management disciplines, with a proven track record of compliance with statutory, regulatory, and professional requirements.
The Area Property Operations Manager will be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers, including regular site visits, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of hard and soft facilities management services. This is a key contract management role requiring specialist knowledge, with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the contract and works projects, defining projects, and for technical and statutory assurance.
The role will also involve managing complex customer relationships and stakeholder liaison, as well as undertaking delegated responsibilities for H&S, technical, financial, and commercial activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and financial disciplines, people management, asset management, maintenance, and contract & supplier management. They will also have a strong understanding of NEC3 provisions and the associated processes.
