Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our client's team in Chelmsford, Essex. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate property records
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Manage works and contractors, including tracking and chasing rent collection and arrears
  • Reconcile service charges and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, including knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in commercial property software
