* Conduct property inspections and report findings
* Manage works and contractors
* Track and chase rent collection and arrears
* Manage and reconcile service charges
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation

Requirements:

* Proven experience in commercial property management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in commercial property software
