We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of service users.
  • Participate in ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
