Position: Operations Administrator

Location: Leeds / Hybrid - In-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of sales orders, meeting the expectations of our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to our retailers and internal teams, as well as handling various administrative duties. You will collaborate with freight and 3PL providers, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective fulfillment of sales orders from diverse customers.
  • Ensure accurate receipt of deliveries from suppliers and maintain synchronized inventory records with 3PL logistics providers.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Accounts, and Sales teams, as well as 3PL providers and customers.
  • Process Purchase Orders and track order status diligently.
  • Validate pricing and inventory availability.
  • Secure delivery dates and times through client central booking.
  • Monitor the order fulfillment process until completion.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies in the system.
  • Manage client requirements from an operational standpoint.
  • Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations.
  • Facilitate communication with suppliers, retailers, and customers.
  • Plan and track shipments according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Ensure timely shipping of products between destinations.
  • Proactively prevent delays or quality issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in administration or logistics is advantageous, but attention to detail and teamwork are equally vital.
  • Demonstrated drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for achieving results and advancing within the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Resourceful, organized, and dependable, with a focus on efficiency and detail.
  • High energy level with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP systems.
