Operations Administrator Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our Business Support division in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will support the sales and logistics operations for a large organization based in Leeds, ensuring seamless order processing, coordination of shipments, and maintenance of customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, verifying order details, product availability, and pricing.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch of orders and schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer enquiries about order status, shipping information, and product availability, and handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations, and maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control and management, conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales and logistics administration.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
