Job Title: Community FundraiserWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Fundraiser to join our Community Fundraising team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager on new and existing fundraising activities, helping to maintain and develop existing relationships and work proactively to identify new contacts and opportunities for development.
About the RoleAs a Community Fundraiser, you will enjoy working with people and supporting the community to maximise their fundraising efforts for Shooting Star Children's Hospices. You will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups to raise vital funds and awareness for our charity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet targets and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups
- Organise and deliver fundraising events and activities
- Work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager to identify new opportunities and develop existing relationships
