Customer Billing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Billing Specialist to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless invoicing and payment experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive resolution of customer concerns ensuring timely payment and maintaining healthy account balances.
- Lead the end-to-end aging receivables process, partnering with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Finance Teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers across various channels to resolve billing queries and concerns.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management, ensuring compliance with billing and accounting regulations.
- Support market communication in multiple languages, enhancing customer experience.
- Analyse and report on accounts receivable and billing metrics, contributing to the company's financial health.
- Proficiency in English & German (French is also desirable).
- Experience with billing, payment processing, and working within a global, multi-market environment.
- Experience with CRM, billing, and accounts receivable software.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Billing, Customer Service, or related fields.
