About the Role

Waracle is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of a high-impact pharmaceutical product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product vision and roadmap, ensuring successful delivery of product features and enhancements in an agile environment, and acting as the central touch point between engineering and product team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and their partners to understand their needs and challenges, and propose technical solutions.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and client requirements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features and enhancements in an agile environment.

  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory and validation requirements for all product releases.

  • Leverage cloud technologies to design and implement scalable and secure solutions.

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on client feedback, market trends, and business priorities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related inquiries and issues.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical/clinical trial or healthcare industries.

  • Strong understanding of GxP validation requirements and experience ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.

  • Relevant experience working in highly regulated environments with validated systems, ideally in pharmaceutical/clinical trial settings.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (ideally Azure), with strong understanding of security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

  • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile software delivery environment.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, and fostering a sense of partnership.

  • Background within Waracle's other key industry verticals (Financial Services or Energy) would be a bonus.
