About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Index Solutions Analyst to join our team at Legal & General Asset Management, a leading global investor. As an Index Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of LGIM's custom indices, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and working with the marketing team to develop marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LGIM's custom indices, including index holdings and key performance drivers.
  • Serve as the point of contact for technical and specific client queries, leveraging specialists in the team as needed.
  • Create standard presentations and RFP content to support client-specific queries and lead non-standard presentation and RFP production.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials for index funds and services.
  • Work with the wider Asset Management team to develop thought leadership relevant to the index proposition.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the current investment market and economic issues from an index and benchmark perspective.
Requirements
  • Previous experience reviewing or evaluating index strategies, and/or previous experience in evaluating benchmarks.
  • Strong investment and financial market knowledge.
  • Ability to present complex index data in a simple and readable format.
  • Strong VBA, Excel, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of day-to-day work and work collaboratively with the index team.
