Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer needs and expectations are exceeded.
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new opportunities for products and services to existing customers.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management
    • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
    • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Meet and exceed business and departmental performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Qualities
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
