Your Role:

As a key player in our regional business team, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic realm of solution engineering. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping the Future: Collaborate with influential companies in the region to craft effective Web3 client solutions.
  • Guiding Clients: Illuminate the path for clients through every technical detail, ensuring they maximize Circle's offerings throughout the sales process.
  • Design Workshops: Facilitate design thinking sessions for clients exploring their Web3 motivations, helping them envision transformative value propositions.
  • Creating Impactful Presentations: Develop customized demonstrations, engaging visuals, and actionable plans that highlight the potential of Circle's technology in the Web3 landscape.
  • Sharing Insights: Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to influence the next wave of innovation in Web3.
  • Building Partnerships: Establish meaningful, enduring relationships with leading partners and clients, supporting their success with Circle's advanced products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Circle's Business Development team, focusing on the technical and solution aspects of client interactions.
  • Effectively communicate Circle's product offerings to potential clients, ensuring they understand how our solutions align with their needs.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to accurately capture client requirements.
  • Drive client success by designing solutions and coordinating across departments to address any product limitations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and resolve product gaps.
  • Partner with Circle's client success team to manage all technical aspects post-sales.
  • Gather and communicate market feedback to keep our product and engineering teams informed.
  • Maintain an internal knowledge base regarding our current and upcoming products.
  • Represent the solutions engineering team at significant industry events and conferences, enhancing Circle's reputation.
  • Support the Global Solutions Engineering team with various internal projects.

Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager, ideally within a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Adept at simplifying complex concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, whether in one-on-one discussions or larger presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, blending logic and creativity to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Client-focused with a proven track record of being a reliable partner for sales, client success, and product/tech teams.
  • Experience in designing and validating technical solutions for large enterprises.
  • Proficient in API testing, database querying, and technical flow design.
  • Collaborative experience working alongside developers on SaaS product integration and development.
  • Leadership experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Interest in blockchain solutions, with FinTech experience being advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in fast-paced environments and valuing strong relationship-building.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (up to 25%) for external events and partner/customer meetings across Europe.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook preferred.
