Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our regional business team, you will immerse yourself in the realm of solution engineering. Your contributions will include:

  • **Transforming the Web3 landscape:** Collaborate with influential companies in the region to design impactful Web3 client solutions.
  • **Guiding clients through technology:** Provide clarity and insight to clients, helping them navigate the intricacies of Circle's offerings throughout the sales process.
  • **Facilitating design workshops:** Conduct engaging sessions to assist clients in discovering their Web3 objectives and envisioning new value propositions.
  • **Creating compelling presentations:** Develop tailored demonstrations and visual aids that highlight the potential of Circle's technology in the evolving Web3 space.
  • **Sharing insights:** Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to contribute to the development of innovative Web3 solutions.
  • **Building partnerships:** Establish and nurture strong relationships with leading partners and clients, ensuring their success with Circle's advanced products.

What You'll Focus On:

  • Work closely with Circle's Business Development team, taking charge of the technical and solution aspects of client interactions.
  • Clearly communicate Circle's product offerings to potential clients, ensuring they understand how our solutions align with their needs.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to accurately capture client requirements.
  • Drive client success by designing solutions and collaborating across departments to address product limitations.
  • Partner with our product and engineering teams to prioritize and resolve product gaps.
  • Collaborate with Circle's client success team to manage all technical aspects post-sales.
  • Gather and relay market feedback to keep our product and engineering teams informed.
  • Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base regarding our existing and upcoming products.
  • Represent the solutions engineering team at key industry events, enhancing Circle's reputation.
  • Support the Global Solutions Engineering team with various internal projects.

Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager, ideally within a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, effective in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Creative problem solver with a logical approach to challenges.
  • Proven track record of being a reliable partner for sales, client success, and product/tech teams.
  • Experience in designing and validating technical solutions for large enterprises.
  • Proficient in API testing, database querying, and technical flow design.
  • Collaborative experience with developers on SaaS product integration and development.
  • Leadership experience is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Interest in blockchain solutions and experience in FinTech is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building strong relationships in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (up to 25%) for external events and client meetings across Europe.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook preferred.
