Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at AKT II, a design-led company based in Shoreditch, London. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure projects, from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated solutions.
  • Develop and communicate design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for tender purposes.
  • Respond to client requests for information and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Support and participate in AKT II's technical agenda and contribute to the development of others.
Requirements:
  • Good degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in Civil Engineering design, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of Civil Engineering design in drainage and highways.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of design and analysis programmes, particularly Civils3D.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
