Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Technical Communications and Pre-Sales Support
  • Designing and Presenting Solutions Based on Customer Requirements
  • Coordinating with Product and R&D Teams to Ensure Customer Project Implementation
  • Enhancing Relationships with Customers and Service Partners
  • Leading Solution Projects and Internal Projects
  • Assisting with Technical Improvements of Products
  • Evaluating Risks and Adjusting Mitigation Actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electronics
  • Pre-Sales or Solution Experience in EV, Automotive, or Energy Sector
  • Knowledge of Electric Vehicles or Charging Pile Industry
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Fluency in English (Other European Languages a Plus)
