Job Title: Global Customer Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Customer Acquisition Manager to lead our sales team in achieving ambitious targets within the last-mile delivery and postal markets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

  • Lead and Inspire: Guide a global sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the last-mile delivery and postal sectors.
  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate and manage key accounts, forging strong partnerships with clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the last-mile delivery and postal markets.

Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales and business development within the mobility or energy sector.

  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within the mobility or energy industry.
  • A demonstrable track record of success selling into delivery fleets and digital solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively within a matrix organization.
