Job Title: Solutions Engineer - EV Charging Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team in London, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and presenting solutions based on specific customer requirements, coordinating with product and R&D teams to ensure project implementation, and enhancing relationships with customers and service partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and present solutions based on customer requirements
  • Coordinate with product and R&D teams to ensure project implementation
  • Enhance relationships with customers and service partners
  • Lead solution projects and internal projects (certifications, workshops)
  • Assist with technical improvements of products
  • Evaluate risks and adjust mitigation actions, contribute to process optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electronics
  • Pre-sales or solution experience in EV, Automotive, or Energy sector
  • Knowledge of electrical vehicles or charging pile industry, familiar with OCPP protocol
  • Excellent communication and market development skills
  • Strong responsibility, meticulous, and rigorous
  • Fluency in English, other European languages a plus
