Product Launch Coordinator

The Product Commercialization Analyst will collaborate with a dedicated team of specialists, focusing on managing and executing the commercialization process throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle as guided by the product management team. The objective is to ensure that products are ready for production and marketable to customers within the established timelines set by product management.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in generating Bills of Material, overseeing Engineering Change Requests, and managing Sales Action Requests to ensure efficient workflow.
- Utilizes comprehensive product knowledge to interpret, establish, and/or create material requirements, including material numbers, structure, quote text, and document information records such as artwork and source control drawings.
- Facilitates the development of bills of material (BOM) to ensure manufacturability and market readiness.
- Oversees and manages ECRs (Engineering Change Requests): Adding appropriate text, attaching necessary documents, and securing technical files while ensuring timely workflow responses.
- Handles requests for commercializing materials for sale (Sales Action Requests): Inputting product master data, ensuring data quality, and maintaining timely workflow responses.
- Coordinates work process flows by proactively engaging with related operational departments, providing insights and recommendations to business teams.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 2-5 years of experience in a professional setting. Familiarity with manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAP at a transactional level, particularly in Product Life Management (PLM), Materials Management (MM), and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
- A solid grasp of manufacturing and marketing frameworks, or an understanding of the product development process from inception to market.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders in product commercialization.
- Willingness to learn and utilize automation scripts for mass material creation in SAP.
- Strong computer skills applicable to new project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, and Word.
