About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our Product Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our product pipelines, focusing on emerging technologies and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to inform product development, staying ahead of the curve in emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Product Specifications: Define product technical specifications, establishing high standards for quality and performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with designed specifications, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Testing Management: Oversee user testing and coordinate independent lab testing to validate product performance and efficacy.
  • Product Knowledge Transfer: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive product knowledge is transferred across the business.
Requirements
  • Excellent Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Product Development Experience: Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.
  • Beauty Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of emerging developments within beauty technology, including technical nuances and scientific evidence.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with the confidence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficient in project management tools and software.
