Job Title: NPD Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced NPD Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our product pipelines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and technologies.
  • Define product technical specifications and establish quality and performance standards.
  • Oversee user testing and coordinate independent lab testing to validate product performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive product knowledge is transferred across the business.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.
  • A keen interest in emerging developments within beauty technology.
  • Strong communication abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
