The Role

We're seeking a skilled Copywriter to join our marketing team. As a Copywriter, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling website copy, blog articles, and marketing channel content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write and proofread high-quality content for new product launches, blog articles, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate copywriting requirements with our freelance copywriting team.
  • Lead global website enrichments, ensuring all content is on-brand and accurate.
  • Plan homepage content updates with our Head of Marketing.
  • Conduct regular global website walks to support content updates and enrichments.
  • Develop content strategies around trending topics and products.
  • Collaborate with our SEO team to improve search engine rankings.
  • Upload and syndicate product reviews.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report to the wider marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a content marketing role within an e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of content KPIs (e.g., Bounce Rate, CVR, CTR).
