About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, and new hire onboarding.
  • HR Administration: Manage employee records, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including facilities management and supply ordering.
  • Support to Management: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports and presentations.
