Our company, Catch 22, is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to support our healthcare contract in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the maintenance team and other contract members. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing PPM / engineer report sheets and reporting on identified defects.
* Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, ordering materials, and utilizing our CAFM system.
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Coordinating the allocation and scheduling of PPMs and reactive work orders.
* Collaborating with the Contract Manager to approve supplier invoices and purchase orders.
* Assisting in the creation and compilation of client reports.
* Liaising with the Client helpdesk on related works, including managing phone lines and radio systems.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
* Knowledge of FM & PFI Contracts.
* A working understanding of the differences between PPM, reactive, and quoted works.
* Proficient IT skills, including experience with CAFM systems.
* A basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements within healthcare (desirable).
* A positive approach to work and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
