P4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their Adolescent Safeguarding Team in Kingston and Richmond. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality interventions using our clients' social work practice model, Signs of Safety, ensuring that adolescents are safeguarded from harm, while supporting parents and carers to nurture and protect their children.

You will play a key role in protecting the public where youth offending is concerned. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality social work interventions using good practice models and quality standards.
  • Ensuring adolescents are protected from harm, while supporting parents/carers to strengthen their parenting capacity.
  • Engaging in multi-agency meetings to ensure effective safeguarding and risk management.
  • Developing care and support plans tailored to the needs of young people and their families.
  • Working restoratively with adolescents and their families, ensuring all safeguarding practices are in line with legislative frameworks.
