Position Overview

Job Title: Operational Insights Analyst

Location: Flexible working arrangements available – please consult with your recruiter for specifics regarding this role.

Compensation: Starting from £45,628, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the collection of critical operational data from various business sectors
  • Mapping processes with varying levels of detail using established methodologies
  • Identifying essential stakeholders and developing engagement materials with necessary inquiries and resources
  • Adhering to project timelines while identifying potential obstacles and challenges
  • Organizing and leading workshops with stakeholders across all levels to gather requirements, operational data, and business process information
  • Collaborating with the team to establish a centralized repository for gathered information, including relevant process documentation
  • Evaluating existing process documentation to identify gaps and issues requiring revision during workshop sessions
  • Producing project documentation for review and approval

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Experience in business process management and modeling
  • Proven ability to analyze, document, comprehend, and present information to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in use case definition and modeling

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
  • Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter
