Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the collection of essential operational data across various business sectors.
  • Mapping processes in detail using standard methodologies.
  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholders, creating comprehensive engagement materials with relevant inquiries and documentation.
  • Meeting project deadlines while proactively addressing potential challenges and obstacles.
  • Organizing and leading workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, operational insights, and document business processes.
  • Collaborating with the team to establish a centralized repository for gathered information, accompanied by necessary process documentation.
  • Reviewing existing process documentation to identify gaps and issues that require attention during stakeholder workshops.
  • Preparing project documentation for review and approval.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in business process management and modeling.
  • Proven track record of analyzing, documenting, and presenting information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in use case definition and modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
  • Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter.
