Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the collection of critical operational data from various business sectors.
  • Conducting process mapping at different levels of detail using established toolsets.
  • Identifying essential stakeholders and developing engagement materials with necessary inquiries and resources.
  • Meeting target delivery timelines while proactively addressing potential obstacles and challenges.
  • Planning and conducting workshops with stakeholders across all levels to gather requirements, operational data, and business process insights.
  • Collaborating with the team to establish a centralized repository for collected information, along with relevant process documentation.
  • Reviewing existing process documentation to identify gaps and issues requiring revision during workshop sessions.
  • Creating project documentation for distribution and approval.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Experience in business process management and modeling.
  • Proven track record of analyzing, documenting, and presenting information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in use case definition and modeling.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
  • Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter.
