About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offshore Personnel Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Offshore Personnel Development Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our personnel development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced GIS and charting professionals to collect, process, and edit geophysical data.
  • Produce client deliverable data and charts, adhering to quality control and production procedures.
  • Provide GIS support to colleagues and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Manage the production and development of OPDT policies and procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Support the delivery of safety training initiatives and programs, including the induction of new trainees.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including Service Lines, L&D, Crewing, and Training Academy.
  • Undertake vessel and asset visits to deliver OPDT services and initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of events, including the Field Staff Workshop.
  • Support the recruitment process, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Support the OPDA with trainee programs.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and a working knowledge of Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a small team with a wider remit of engagement with Offshore/Field Staff colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to time schedules, with a flexible attitude and ability to work on simultaneous projects.
  • Knowledge of Competency Management Systems and systems management.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
