About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Delivery Director to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across a range of sectors, including construction and property consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead technical delivery of projects from £500k to £500m, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
  2. Provide project technical leadership and quality assurance for CDM roles and Principal Designer services.
  3. Develop and implement risk responses and plans to eliminate risks on projects.
  4. Coordinate and attend meetings as required throughout projects.
  5. Support the growth of workload through bidding and proposal writing.
  6. Manage and deliver key client accounts.

Requirements:

  1. Degree qualified in a design or construction management related field.
  2. Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications and experienced with BIM.
  3. c10 years' experience in delivering Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor services.
  4. Experience in leading projects of varying sizes and complexity.
