Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at nhow London Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent high standard of food production and presentation, working closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that all menu items are produced to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your area of the kitchen to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all menu items are produced in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
  • Assist in the development of new dishes and menus.
  • Ensure that all food storage and handling procedures are followed to maintain high standards of food hygiene.
  • Work collaboratively with the Kitchen Team to maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Monitor and report any environmental and ecological problems within the hotel.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a well-trained Demi-Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a restaurant and/or hotel environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexible to do shift work, working 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days).
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a driven manner.
  • Team player.
