Support Learning Disabled Adults in Market Harborough

We are recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our team in Market Harborough, supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain important relationships with family and friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as taking medication, cooking meals, and using public transport
  • Build confidence and enable individuals to take on new adventures and interests
  • Provide personal care and support, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting learning disabled adults. You will need to have a full driving licence and be able to work a variety of shifts.
