Job Title: Relief Support Worker

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our Bank Team in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are well-motivated and keen to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will provide respectful and dignified personal care, financial support, and assistance with housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking. They will also work flexibly to cover rotas as needed and develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users
  • Assist with financial management and budgeting
  • Support with daily living tasks, including housekeeping and cooking
  • Work flexibly to cover rotas and meet the needs of service users
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and colleagues
Requirements

Experience is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. They must be able to get themselves to work and have access to a reliable means of transportation. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, they will have access to our free app, which allows them to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions.
