We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing respectful and dignified personal care, financial support, and assistance with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to service users
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and housekeeping
  • Work flexibly to cover rotas, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users

Experience is essential for this role, and you will be required to work in a flexible manner. You will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions.

You will be paid on a weekly basis and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of service users. We are a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization, and we are committed to providing high-quality care services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care or support role
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
