Job Title: Relief Support Worker

Creative Support Ltd is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organization providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and resourceful individuals to join our Bank Team in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who are well-motivated and keen to join our friendly team in Market Harborough. Our services are split over four sites, delivering support to individuals with a wide range of needs. Two of the services have a waking night requirement, and the service users have high levels of support needs. The third has a sleep-over requirement and supports two independent service users. The fourth service in Market Harborough is for young adults where we support them through their day-to-day lives, emotionally while assisting their development of valuable life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respectful and dignified personal care
  • Financial Support
  • Supporting with Housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking, etc.
  • Work flexibly to cover the rotas as needed
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
Requirements:

Experience is essential for Relief Support Worker roles. You will be required to work in a flexible manner on a rota which includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. It is expected that all staff work a fair share of weekend and Bank Holidays. You must be able to get yourself to work, but it does not matter if you cannot drive.
