About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our Bank Team in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with a wide range of care needs, working in a flexible manner on a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful and dignified personal care to service users.
  • Support with financial management, housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of service users.
Requirements

Experience is essential for this role. You will be required to work in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. A full driving license is not necessary, but you must be able to get to work. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions.
