Taylor Root is seeking a highly skilled Subsidiary Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance and compliance of our subsidiary entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Issue Management: Partner with relevant functions to foster a culture of collaboration and proactively manage issues and challenges that may arise.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on compliance with local regulation and subsidiary governance framework.
  • Company Secretarial Compliance: Deliver company secretarial compliance for UK subsidiary entities, including drafting minutes.
  • Global Entity Management: Support the implementation of outsourced global entity managed services provider to manage global entity compliance and oversight, and manage ongoing service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CGI Qualified - ACG qualified or graduate.
  • Experience: Demonstratable experience of managing entity governance and compliance in multiple jurisdictions, ideally gained within a large group secretariat or global professional services provider.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good technical knowledge of UK company law.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in global entity management software tools (Kube, Diligent Entities, GEMS).
