About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and Oversight: Oversee the daily operations and professional conduct of registered practitioners and social care officers, ensuring the provision of exemplary services that prioritize the needs and aspirations of the individuals we assist.
  • Support and Guidance: Collaborate with the Adult Social Care Connect Team Manager to uphold high standards of practice in accordance with the established Practice Framework. Advocate for best practices that emphasize strength-based methodologies and personalized safeguarding.
  • Performance Improvement: Aid in enhancing performance, quality assurance, and innovative practices within the team, aligning with national and departmental objectives. Assist in the implementation of improvement strategies through the Quality Assurance Framework.
