About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Development Lead to join our team at EMBS Technology. As a Technical Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of developers and engineers, driving innovative technical solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the development process, adopting best practices and modern technologies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality code and solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a software development environment.
  • Strong background in software engineering with hands-on experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and manage complex technical projects.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
