Job Title: IT Customer Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
  • Install and configure software on servers and PCs.
  • Train customers on the use of our Cloud and Windows software.
  • Manage individual responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Answer telephone calls and web chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including IT knowledge and experience with software installation and configuration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
