About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Team Assistant to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our communications team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the communications leadership team, including expenses, diary management, and hotel bookings.
  • Assist the communications team in sourcing information from the wider business to support projects, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and actions on behalf of the senior communications team.
  • Manage COIN's, raise PO's, process invoices, and invoice spend.
  • Book tables at events, support at events, organize literature and marketing materials.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for information from the wider business.
  • Assist with the press office inbox.
  • Assist with logging press activity, including crisis comms.
  • Assist with the Vistry Group social media accounts.
  • Maintain sponsorship of key media outlets.
  • Help design promotional material.
  • Ensure the Vistry Group website is kept up to date, uploading news stories and content.
  • Maintain the communication team's SharePoint account.
  • Responsible for the communication team page on Vistry Vibe, ensuring it's a key source of information for the business.
  • Ensure that the 'Our Offering' page on Vistry Vibe is kept up to date.
  • Assist with video projects.
  • Ensure communication policies are kept up to date.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for the comms team, including drafting communications.
