Key Responsibilities- Volunteer Recruitment and Management: Recruit, interview, induct, train, and support volunteers to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality support to service users.
- Referral Management: Work closely with our Pivot team and wider partnership to manage referrals into the project, updating on progress and plans in the process.
- Service User Engagement: Engage with service users to conduct a 'What Matters' conversation and develop individual support plans that meet their unique needs.
- Volunteer Matching and Placement: Manage the matching and placement of volunteers, risk assessing the volunteers and planned activities, and monitoring and supporting the match throughout.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to the Project Manager, based on agreed outputs and targets.
- Community Outreach: Promote the project through various techniques, instigating interest in volunteering and encouraging engagement within the community.
- Relationship Building: Maintain effective relationships with volunteers, service users, colleagues, and project partners.
