About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to join our User Experience team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and ship high-quality user interfaces, including interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.
  • Communicate design work and rationale to stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
  • Strong understanding of visual design, typography, color, and hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience working on a developer-first product is a plus.
